  • Call data: phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts and the content of conversations handled by the Service, where enabled by the Client.
  • Configuration data: the conversation tree and knowledge base the Client sets up for its account.
  • Technical data: basic log information (such as timestamps and error logs) needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use the data described above solely to provide, operate, maintain and secure the Service — for example, to answer and route calls, book and confirm appointments, send reminders, generate reports, and respond to support requests.
